SmartSteem

Smartsteem is a bot and place to trade and delegate your Steem Power and Voting Power. People become delegates when they allow the bot to use their Delegated Steem. People can directly buy votes, bid for votes, be a delegate to the bot, or sale votes. In way votes are a currency you reward them to people and they have a value.

Steem is the currency and the more you have the more you give and that is the idea behind the Smartsteem bot. A bunch of people delegate (loan) their Steem Power to the bot giving it masses of Steem Power (SP) which is the multiplied by some number I will call the vote constant (VC) to equal a voting dollar (VD). A Voting Dollar is the reward given when 100% Voting Strength(VS) is used while having 100% Voting Power (VP). The Vote Award (VA) for an upvote would be a user's VD time the product of the decimal percent of the users remaining VP and their selected VS.
Vote Strength(VS) is sort of how hard you vote. The higher VS is the greater effect it has on the Voting Power (VP) which is like your stamina or the max award from a vote their,
VoteDollar (VD) = SP * VC ,

and a person's up- vote award gives,
VoteAward (VA) = VD(VP * VS)

Where the larger VS the smaller VP is on the next vote. People regain 20% of their total VP every 24hr to make people think harder about how and why they vote.

Using this info, you can see a bot with millions of SP can still have a significant impact on a post with its vote by using a very small VS and therefor having a very small impact on its own VP so it can cast thousands of votes without effecting its own strength much at all.
